I’ve been going to Cancun Tan since high school at the GP location. I moved to Midlothian and started going to Mansfield location. Everyone is extremely nice and pleasant. It’s hard to find great customer service these days. I also dropped one of my AirPods and it went down to the bottom of the bed and there was no way to get to it. The owner, Sunny immediately came up there and took apart the bed to retrieve my air pod. I can’t say enough nice things about this location.

This is the best place I’ve been in a while. The staff is real sweet and their beds are amazing. I also got spray tanned. Cancun Tan is awesome I recommend everybody to check it out.

This is a very friendly business. Savannah is always extremely nice and courteous as soon as you enter the door. She is very helpful with anything you need. I recommend to all to get your tan done at this business!

Walked in to the Burleson location to open an account and the lady at the front desk went over and beyond to show me how everything worked and the correct products I needed. Omgoodness, I got to spend some time in this Salon on Friday it was truly touching to see their passion for the industry after all these years!!! The remodel is looking amazing , the new beds are great but above all the srvice!! The owner here eat , sleeps, and breathes daily for his clients!! He clearly wakes up & goes to bed wandering how he can serve you better! You can do whatever you want in a business but until you love your clients as much as Cancun Tan the rest empty work. Good Job Guys you & the salon are looking great!

This location is the best in my opinion!! I went today ... And it was the same girl that's always there. I'm not sure if she's the owner or what but she is so sweet. So kind, EVERY TIME I go in. If she's not the owner she needs a raise. She has great customer service and these days THAT IS A LOST ART. Definitely recommend this Cancun Tan <3

Olivia is the epitome of superior customer service! She is knowledgeable, upbeat, and has the patience of a Saint! She explained the Ben if it’s of each machine, and showed us which products, if necessary, for each. Strong work Olivia! If I could give 10 stars, I would!

I have been coming here for years! I’ve tried off and on other tanning places(the chain tanning places) and nothing beats Cancun tan. Their receptionists are always so friendly and helpful. They have so much knowledge about their products and the beds and they have never steered me wrong as well as the brands they use are the best, I’m very partial to devoted creations and ed hardy. Their prices can’t be beat, they have the best prices and bang for your buck out of any other tanning salon.

I absolutely love cancun tan. The staff is super friendly. It's always clean. The prices are absolutely amazing and can fit pretty much anybody's budget. They're more than happy to assist you with any questions you may have and give you all the tanning advice you need. They are definitely not like other tanning salons they don't want you wasting your money. They want you getting the best tan you possibly can.

I hadn’t tanned since I was a teenager, so this felt like a whole new experience for me! Tanning has come such a long way, and Cancun Tan offers so many different options, from various tanning beds to red light therapy and more.
Everything is always clean, updated, and well-maintained, and I love that you have different choices depending on what kind of results you’re looking for. Even more importantly, the staff is incredibly friendly. They answer my 1,000 questions with patience, kindness, and real knowledge.
The owner is also super welcoming and easy to talk to, you can genuinely tell he’s passionate about the business and cares about his clients.

I just have to reach out to Rachelle and Charnene at Cancun Tanning on Melbourne in Hurst, Texas. and say "Thank You" for always making me and the rest of your clients feel welcomed and having such a nice , exceptionally clean and friendly atmosphere to come to while relaxing in one of many tanning beds, red light therapy, spray tanning, detox and rejuvenation of the body while using the full body wrap, or lying in the pod. I have to give 10's across the board for everything being spot-on and for your outstanding customer relations.. you might come in Cancun Tanning as a Guest / Client... I have been a member of Cancun Tan since June 2023. I have never had a bad experience, never a rude or unprofessional staff member. It is always clean. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful to assist in any way I need. They have a good supply of lotions at comparable prices to other salons. I have never had any issues with auto payments or billing. After reading a couple of reviews I wonder if they were actually at Cancun Tan or just some Karen being rude.
The staff has always been very nice and professional. I am a happy customer and will continue to be. By the way I used to go to Glo Sun Spa, before coming to Cancun Tan and I like CanCun better. Not knocking the other, I just prefer Cancun, even though I live closer to Glo Sun Spa.
If you haven’t tried Cancun in Grand Prairie I would highly recommend it.

Outdated beds and equipment. Go to Glo Sun spa where everything is updated and they are $20 cheaper and the women working at go Sun spa enjoy their job.

I have been a loyal customer of the Mansfield office for years and recently began visiting the Grand Prairie location. Unfortunately, the experience at this office has been consistently disappointing due to one staff member’s unprofessionalism. (Much older, wears a ponytail annd no makeup- she is either the manager or franchise owner)
Each visit, I’m made to feel like a burden for requesting the very services the business exists to provide. The tasks being performed are simple and should be handled with courtesy, yet instead, I’m met with dismissiveness and an attitude that signals customers are unwelcome. As fees continue to rise, there is no justification for clients to also endure poor treatment.
As the owner of a large car dealership, I can confidently say that no business can thrive long-term with frontline employees who lack professionalism and basic customer care.
Franchises built on this type of culture will eventually decline—not because of pricing, but because of inadequate hiring decisions and poor representation at the customer level.
This is constructive criticism, but also a firm warning: investing in staff who bring energy, respect, and positive attitudes is not optional—it’s essential
