Membership Commitment
All services and promotional offers provided by Cancun Tan, Inc, Inc are offered on a monthly membership basis. By enrolling, you agree to recurring billing according to your selected draft date.
Billing Schedule
All membership plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis on one of the following draft dates:
5th of the month
15th of the month
25th of the month
Your selected draft date determines your billing cycle and eligibility for cancellation timing.
Cancellation Requirements (30-Day Notice)
A minimum 30-day written notice is required to cancel any membership plan, including all promotional or discounted plans.
Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 30 days prior to your next billing date.
If a cancellation request is submitted less than 30 days before your next draft date, one additional billing cycle will be charged.
Your membership will remain active until the end of the final paid billing cycle.
Eligibility for Cancellation Requests
Cancellation requests are only valid if submitted in alignment with your established billing cycle (5th, 15th, or 25th). Requests submitted outside of proper notice timing will be processed for the next eligible billing cycle.
Prorated Charges & Refunds
All prorated amounts are calculated in accordance with Texas state pro-rata guidelines, defined as follows:
Proration is calculated from the current billing cycle date through the next billing cycle date.
If applicable, any prorated refund or charge will reflect the unused portion of the billing cycle.
Prorated refunds are not guaranteed and are issued at the sole discretion of Cancun Tan, Inc, Inc unless otherwise required by law.
No Retroactive Cancellations
Cancellation requests are not retroactive. You are responsible for all charges incurred up to the effective cancellation date.
Non-Refundable Fees
Unless otherwise required by law:
All membership fees already billed are non-refundable
Promotional, discounted, or special offer plans are non-refundable once billed

Requested Cancellation Date
You will receive confirmation once your cancellation request has been processed.

By purchasing or enrolling in any membership plan on Cancun Tan, Inc, Inc.com, you acknowledge and agree to this Cancellation & Refund Policy.
